Nature Trail Improvements

We’re happy to share an update on recent improvements to our community’s nature trails. Several homeowners brought forward concerns about a steep section of trail that had become difficult to navigate and potentially unsafe.  We’re pleased to let you know that work has recently been completed in this area to improve safety and accessibility, making the trail more enjoyable for everyone to use. As a reminder, last year we introduced a Community Nature Trail Map that highlights the full trail network throughout Tobiano. Click the link below to discover all the great routes our community has to offer. Happy exploring! 🌿

Homes at Latitude

Our newest development, Latitude, continues to take shape!

  • Homesites Sold: 26
  • Under Construction: 11
  • Completed Homes: We’re welcoming 2 homeowners into the community next month!

Landscaping at the front entry is now complete, giving the development a welcoming presence, while construction is moving forward with new homes nearing completion. It’s exciting to see the community grow!

Community Reminders

Parking of Recreational Vehicles: A reminder that boats, trailers, RV’s and similar equipment are not to be parked in driveways, as per the Tobiano BYLAWS. Out of fairness to neighbours who comply and pay for off-site storage, all recreational vehicles should be kept in garages or stored off-site. If you need time for cleaning and maintenance, we can usually accommodate this – Please submit your requests to info@tobiano.ca.

Dogs: We love seeing dogs out on the trails! Please remember that dogs must be kept on leash at all times within Tobiano, except in designated off-leash areas, and that owners should use the Dog Waste Stations. These simple steps help keep our pathways clean and ensure a positive experience for all trail users. Off-leash locations can be found on the Tobiano Nature Trail Map.

Organics Fill Site: Yard waste can be disposed of at our Organics Fill Site, located at the East end of Tobiano – [Click here for a map] Please note that ONLY yard waste is permitted (Grass clippings, leaves, branches, etc..)
                                                                       ATTENTION:  Absolutely NO Garbage permitted

For safety, a few gates must stay closed, so please remember to securely shut any gate you open. Please follow these guidelines to help preserve the environment and ensure safety for all users.
